Once an agreeable price has been reached, you will receive a sales contract via email for you to review and sign.

 

After the sales contract is signed the title company will perform a title search and set up a closing date. The title agent will send you a closing package in the mail with all necessary legal documents for you to sign and mail back. Upon the title company receiving the signed paperwork they will disperse your funds via certified check or wire transfer.
