Selling Your land
If you are interested in selling your land and would like us to purchase your property, contact our office by phone so we can get to know you and what your needs are. We will look up your property and perform a complete appraisal based on today's market conditions to provide you an offer. Once an agreeable price has been reached, you will receive a sales contract via email for you to review and sign.
After the sales contract is signed the title company will perform a title search and set up a closing date. The title agent will send you a closing package in the mail with all necessary legal documents for you to sign and mail back. Upon the title company receiving the signed paperwork they will disperse your funds via certified check or wire transfer.

Gulf Coast Land & Homes LLC was established in 2013 by Jason Chrisemer and has since been acquiring land in the SW Florida region. Assisting local and national builders along with investors in their land needs. We take pride in our reputation and demonstrate the utmost in professionalism and integrity with every transaction we are involved in. Although Gulf Coast Land & Homes is primarily a land acquisition company, Jason is also a licensed real estate agent in the state of Florida which allows him to assist in any general real estate transaction.

He was taught that the true meaning of a good deal, is a deal that works for everyone involved. He holds that principal to this day.

History
Jason Chrisemer began his career in land development at the age of 19 mentored by his father John Chrisemer. Jason was introduced to the business in Virginia in 1992 where he was involved in over 1600 properties and was active in the marketing and sales of many different ventures including second home communities, rental homes, active adult communities and townhomes, upscale residential communities and much more.
Jason moved his operations to SW Florida in 2000 and has been involved in acquisitions and sales of vacant land and homes here in FL to current day. The company has purchased and sold over 4,200 properties in the SW Florida region.
