Selling Your land
If you are interested in selling your land and would like us to purchase your property, contact our office by phone so we can get to know you and what your needs are. We will look up your property and perform a complete appraisal based on today's market conditions to provide you an offer. Once an agreeable price has been reached, you will receive a sales contract via email for you to review and sign.
After the sales contract is signed the title company will perform a title search and set up a closing date. The title agent will send you a closing package in the mail with all necessary legal documents for you to sign and mail back. Upon the title company receiving the signed paperwork they will disperse your funds via certified check or wire transfer.

Coming 2023, we continue our acquisition of off water and waterfront properties in SW FL. The company will also be purchasing homes for the purpose of rental and resale. The program will begin in the second quarter of 2023.
